Paola brings her distinctive approach to movement at Sæl, combining mindful sequencing with strength, alignment and fluidity to help members feel stronger, more connected and confident in their bodies. Her uplifting energy creates an experience that is as empowering as it is effective.

Daisy Robinson is an award-winning reflexologist whose tailored approach to holistic wellbeing and healing blends her skills in advanced facial, cranial, hand and foot reflexology. Recognised for her intuitive healing touch and exceptional level of passion and care, Daisy creates bespoke and deeply restorative experiences designed to relieve stress, restore balance and support overall wellbeing. Every treatment is individually tailored, offering guests a sanctuary for rest, renewal and reconnection.

Michaela leads Sæl Spa at Fulham Pier, bringing extensive experience in luxury spa operations and wellness strategy. She curates a collective of clinical experts, practitioners and partners to deliver a system-led approach to longevity, recovery and performance — shaping a space designed for meaningful, lasting change.

Maudie Evitt, LicAc, PGDip, is a specialist acupuncturist trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncture, with an MSc in Global Maternal Health. Offering a thoughtful, personalised approach to restoring balance and wellbeing, Maudie combines evidence-informed practice with holistic care to support stress management, sleep, women’s health, fertility and emotional resilience, helping guests achieve long-term vitality and optimal wellbeing.

Helena known as The Sculptress, is a highly experienced facialist specialising in luxury lymphatic facial massage. With more than 19 years of expertise, her bespoke treatments combine precise sculpting techniques with intuitive touch to lift and contour the face naturally, reduce puffiness and release deeply held tension.
